Global Talent Data Management Specialist

Location: Clark, Pampanga

Shift: Mon-Fri, 7AM – 4PM

Arrangement: Hybrid, Full-time

Primary objectives:

Responsible for overseeing the management of Global Talent data across the ANZ and NA Regions, with a particular emphasis on the entire candidate journey. This includes candidate pooling, database administration, and the coordination of special campaigns such as the Refer-A-Mate Program, among others. The role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process while maintaining high standards of data accuracy and system optimization.

The Global Talent Data Management Specialist plays a key role in maintaining the integrity of talent acquisition processes, supporting recruitment campaigns, and ensuring that data management systems are optimized for efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Talent Data Management: Manage and optimize recruitment data across the ANZ and NA regions, ensuring the smooth flow of information from candidate pooling to database administration. Support special recruitment campaigns such as the Refer-A-Mate Program, ensuring maximum participation and successful outcomes.

+ ATS System Optimization: Serve as the expert on Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment platforms, ensuring the systems are functioning optimally and that talent data is accurately captured and readily available. Guarantee the accuracy, integrity, and availability of recruitment data to support decision-making and strategic planning.

+ Process and Compliance: Ensure adherence to recruitment workflows, policies, and compliance guidelines across all recruitment processes. Execute all required processes in a timely manner, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational standards.

+ WOW Candidate Experience: Foster a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring candidates receive timely, professional, and consistent communication. Support initiatives aimed at improving candidate engagement and satisfaction.

+ Regional Team Support: Provide essential support to regional teams by raising tickets for rehire eligibility checks and offering relevant data to assist with recruitment efforts. Act as a speaker for the TOA Global New Hire Induction program, delivering insights and information to new hires. Collaborate with stakeholders and departments, providing data and information as needed to ensure smooth Talent Operations.

+ Special Projects: Ability to manage and coordinate recruitment campaigns, including special programs like the Refer-A-Mate initiative, ensuring timelines and goals are met. Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications / Skills:

+ Data Analysis and Reporting: Strong ability to analyze and interpret recruitment data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights to optimize talent acquisition strategies. Proficient in creating reports and dashboards to present data findings clearly to stakeholders.

+ Database Management and ATS Proficiency: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other talent acquisition platforms. Expertise in maintaining and administering databases, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and availability of data.

+ Advanced Excel or Data Analytics Tools: High proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced functions, data visualization), or other data management tools (e.g., Google Sheets, SQL, Tableau). Experience using data analytics tools to create detailed reports and insights

+ Data-Driven – data-driven, reliable, and proactive team player that plays a critical role in optimizing our Talent Acquisition processes and ensuring Global Talent Team has the insights needed to attract top talent effectively.

+ Detail-Oriented - Precision in handling recruitment data, ensuring that all information is accurate, organized, and up-to-date. A strong attention to detail is crucial when managing candidate pools, database administration, and reporting.

+ Analytical Thinking - Ability to interpret large volumes of data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that support recruitment strategies and improve overall processes. A keen analytical mindset is necessary for effective problem-solving and decision-making.

+ Proactive & Self-Motivated: A self-starter who takes initiative, anticipates needs, and consistently drives results with minimal supervision.

+ Confidentiality & Integrity: Respecting the confidentiality of sensitive data and ensuring that all recruitment practices are ethical and compliant with legal standards. A strong sense of integrity is essential in handling candidate information responsibly.
