About The Role

We are transforming learning at Orica with a refreshed learning strategy and a team ready to deliver maximum value and impact in our business. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Lead role to join our Leadership Development Team. This critical role involves partnering with stakeholders to analyse leadership behaviour and performance gaps, assist the design and delivery of appropriate learning solutions, and measure business outcomes. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end program from impact analysis to implementation and supporting people initiatives involving HR, all levels of leadership across the business, and external vendors.

The Lead - Leadership Development will provide high-touch program delivery support to functional & regional leaders. You will collaborate across the Global Learning & Capability teams to ensure a consistent and seamless employee experience.

This role can be based either in the Philippines or in Australia.

What you will be doing

  • Perform strategic capability planning and analysis with key business stakeholders to identify and address leadership capability needs.
  • Carry out performance consulting to determine solution requirements, owning end-to-end solution development and implementation on behalf of the business for major/strategic initiatives.
  • Scope, plan, and facilitate collaborative learning experiences, including live online and face-to-face interactive sessions across various platforms and environments.
  • Provide high touch support for functional leaders and regional leaders, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Partner with external vendors to ensure a consistent and fit for purpose approach at a global level.
  • Use data and analytics to assess the effectiveness and impact of change.
  • Conduct project reviews and identify lessons learned, recommending improvements for continual improvement and future initiatives.

What you will bring

  • A minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a learning and development, HR, OD, or consulting role.
  • Strong knowledge of strategic capability planning, learning analysis, and performance consulting methodologies.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing learning solutions and strategies that align with business objectives and improve performance.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • A proactive approach to identifying learning needs and addressing them through innovative solutions.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
