Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lead Generation Specialist role based in Cebu. The Lead Generation Specialist will focus on identifying and qualifying potential customers, building targeted lead lists, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. Daily responsibilities include researching potential markets and clients, reaching out through email, phone, and social channels, and scheduling appointments or demos for the sales team. The role also involves collaborating closely with sales and marketing to refine outreach strategies, track lead performance, and optimize conversion rates. The successful candidate will consistently follow structured workflows, meet activity and lead-generation targets, and provide clear reporting on outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience generating new leads and managing the lead generation process, including prospecting and pipeline building.
  • Strong communication and sales skills, with the ability to engage prospects, handle objections, and nurture interest.
  • Research skills to identify target markets, key decision-makers, and high-potential opportunities.
  • Comfort using CRM tools and digital platforms to track activities, manage data, and report on results.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • High level of professionalism, reliability, and ethical conduct in all interactions.
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or lead generation is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
