Role Overview
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying, researching, and qualifying potential sales opportunities. You'll work closely with the sales team to build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality leads that drive business growth.
This role is ideal for someone with strong research, data analysis, and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads and target markets
- Evaluate buyer profiles to determine lead viability
- Generate high-quality leads that convert into customers
- Build, manage, and maintain an accurate lead database
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize results
- Use various tools and sources to expand prospect lists
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contact information
- Provide regular reports and insights on lead generation performance
- Support ad hoc tasks and special projects as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in lead generation, market research, or a related role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed lead generation targets
- Understanding of sales pipelines and lead tracking systems
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms is a plus
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic work environment
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field
