Your Role

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will focus on high-volume outreach to initiate conversations and secure opportunities for our sales team.

Specifically, You Will

  • Call and email prospective clients utilizing provided targeted lead lists.
  • Introduce company services in a clear, compelling, and highly professional manner.
  • Schedule strategic meetings and qualified appointments directly for the sales team.
  • Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date records of all outreach activities within the CRM.
  • Follow basic outreach processes and established scripts to maintain message consistency.
  • Conduct persistent follow-ups as required to successfully secure interest and meetings.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

  • Highly motivated mindset with a strong comfort level performing high-volume outreach tasks.
  • Clear and articulate verbal and written communication skills to deliver a professional brand message.
  • Strong discipline to follow structured processes, workflows, and communication scripts.
  • Good organizational skills to manage daily call/email flows and record tracking.

Preferred Skills/expertise

  • Previous experience in a sales, customer service, or fast-paced call center environment.
  • Familiarity with modern CRM software systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
