Your Role
As a
Lead Generation Specialist, you will focus on high-volume outreach to initiate conversations and secure opportunities for our sales team.
Specifically, You Will
- Call and email prospective clients utilizing provided targeted lead lists.
- Introduce company services in a clear, compelling, and highly professional manner.
- Schedule strategic meetings and qualified appointments directly for the sales team.
- Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date records of all outreach activities within the CRM.
- Follow basic outreach processes and established scripts to maintain message consistency.
- Conduct persistent follow-ups as required to successfully secure interest and meetings.
What You Need
Non-negotiables
- Highly motivated mindset with a strong comfort level performing high-volume outreach tasks.
- Clear and articulate verbal and written communication skills to deliver a professional brand message.
- Strong discipline to follow structured processes, workflows, and communication scripts.
- Good organizational skills to manage daily call/email flows and record tracking.
Preferred Skills/expertise
- Previous experience in a sales, customer service, or fast-paced call center environment.
- Familiarity with modern CRM software systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
