Job Description

The Lead Generation Specialist is the first point of contact for potential clients, creating positive first impressions and driving initial engagement with prospective leads. This role is responsible for generating opportunities, fostering client relationships, and guiding potential customers through the early stages of the sales pipeline. You will work closely with Research, Business Development, and Marketing teams, using provided tools and materials to support lead conversion effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively make outbound calls, answer inbound inquiries, and convert leads into sales
  • Qualify leads by identifying decision-makers and understanding client needs
  • Maintain and expand a database of potential clients by conducting targeted research
  • Educate prospects on services, respond to inquiries, and document client interactions in CRM
  • Utilize solution-selling techniques to overcome objections and build rapport
  • Support marketing efforts through drip campaigns, mass email initiatives, and customer education
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team on strategies for targeting prospective clients
  • Ensure accurate, timely record-keeping and account maintenance in CRM
  • Foster a positive, collaborative team environment and contribute to periodic training sessions

Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
  • Effective negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
  • Self-motivated with strong interpersonal abilities and a positive outlook
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required/ bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in BPO, telesales, or similar role
  • Proven track record in lead qualification, sales, and relationship-building
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
