CloudConsole IT Consulting is looking for an energetic
Lead Generation Specialist to help drive our sales and grow the business. This person will represent our company, and is the primary point of contact for any customer concerns regarding product, support, or billing.
We are currently looking for a smart and willing to learn individual with bubbly and outgoing personality. Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English is an absolute must.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential target customers to expand the company's lead database.
- Build and execute outbound sales campaigns via email and social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Craft and personalize outreach messages to increase engagement with prospects.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with business objectives.
- Learn and utilize proprietary tools and applications for campaign management (training provided).
- Maintain accurate records of leads and campaign activities in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience or familiarity with outbound sales campaigns and lead generation (internships or entry-level roles count).
- Proficiency in using email marketing platforms, social media (e.g., LinkedIn), and CRM tools is a plus.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and methods.
