Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily outbound prospecting to connect with potential investors
- Research and build targeted prospect lists
- Initiate first-touch outreach via LinkedIn, Facebook, and direct messaging
- Start and nurture relationship-based conversations
- Share lead magnets and relevant resources to generate interest
- Qualify prospects based on interest and fit
- Maintain consistent daily follow-ups
- Track and update all outreach activities and conversations
- Pass qualified leads to the MDR for next steps
- Support pipeline growth through consistent outbound activity
- Follow the M1 ODR Playbook and task list
Experience & Proficiency:
- Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
- Lead generation experience (corporate or VA)
- College graduate or coachable degree-holder
- Proficient in AI tools, Canva, and Google Workspace
- CRM management experience (GoHighLevel or Evolvely preferred)
- Real estate industry experience is a strong plus
