Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Generation Specialist, located in Metro Manila. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating new leads through research and other outreach efforts. Day-to-day tasks include contacting potential clients, developing professional relationships, collaborating with the sales team, and identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth. The Specialist will play a key role in the successful implementation of the company's sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Lead Generation and identifying New Leads
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for client outreach
• Background in Sales and business development
• Proficient Research skills to identify target markets and potential clients
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the technology or BPO industry is a plus
