We're looking for a results-driven Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Specialist to support outbound efforts and drive new business opportunities for digital marketing services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-volume outreach, knows how to engage prospects, and consistently delivers qualified meetings. Incentives/commissions will be provided
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM CST (Full-time, 40 hours a week; 1 hour unpaid break)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to targeted businesses to introduce and promote digital marketing services
- Identify and qualify high-quality leads based on defined criteria
- Focus on outbound prospecting and new business lead generation
- Collaborate and schedule demos and meetings for the project management team
- Gather key business insights and identify decision-makers during discovery calls
- Handle objections confidently and communicate the company's value proposition effectively
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, lead status, and follow-ups in the CRM
- Consistently meet or exceed call and appointment-setting targets
- Track and report on KPIs, including call volume and appointments set
- Utilize tools such as Microsoft Teams and CRM platforms
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills with clear articulation
- 3–4+ years of proven experience in cold calling or appointment setting
- Ability to quickly understand and communicate digital marketing services
- Resilient, goal-oriented mindset with a track record of hitting targets
- Availability to work during US Central Time business hours
- Experience using CRM systems for lead tracking and pipeline management
