The Customer Information Supervisor supports our Customer Development Division by ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and effective use of sales data and systems. This role plays a key part in transforming data into actionable insights, supporting sales operations, and enabling informed business decisions through efficient reporting and system management.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with sales databases, reporting tools, and cross-functional teams to continuously improve data quality and system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, update, and validate sales databases, systems, and reports to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Generate timely and insightful sales analytics and performance reports for management and sales teams
- Collaborate with IT and other internal stakeholders to resolve data, system, or access-related issues
- Support the implementation, testing, enhancement, and adoption of sales tools (e.g., CRM systems, dashboards, reporting platforms)
- Monitor and track key sales performance indicators, targets, and trends
- Manage user access, account administration, and basic troubleshooting for sales-related applications
- Prepare, consolidate, and analyze data for presentations, forecasts, and business planning activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies on data confidentiality, security, and governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales support, data analysis, or IT-related roles
