Qualifications:

• Must be a Philippine Bar Examination Passer
• Fresh Bar Passers are welcome to apply
• CPA or with any Business Degree
• Supervisory experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Associate, you will collaborate with a team of experienced consultants and industry experts to address and resolve our clients complex business challenges from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide expert legal advice on issues related to tax law, corporate governance, and financial regulations, among others.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and compliance policies.
• Represent clients in legal proceedings, including litigation and dispute resolution processes.
• Conduct thorough legal research to provide advice and legal strategies tailored to client needs.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations within specific fields.
