Position: Junior Associate Lawyer
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, pleadings, contracts, and agreements.
- Assist in managing cases, including filing and monitoring deadlines.
- Attend court hearings, depositions, and meetings with clients under the supervision of senior lawyers.
- Provide legal advice and opinions to clients in coordination with senior partners.
- Maintain client confidentiality and ensure professional conduct.
- Assist senior lawyers during court trials and proceedings.
- Prepare exhibits, affidavits, and other supporting documents for cases.
- Review and ensure the compliance of corporate and regulatory documents.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Laws / Juris Doctor degree; must be a lawyer in good standing
- At least 2 years of experience in a law firm or as in-house counsel
- Accounting or finance background is a plus
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Professional, reliable, and able to work independently
- Can start immediately
