Qualifications
- Must be a Philippine Bar Examination Passer
- Strong background in infrastructure law, public-private partnerships (PPP), construction, or energy projects
- Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus
- Prior experience in infrastructure-related transactions or litigation is highly valued
Responsibilities: As a Senior Associate, you will collaborate with a team of experienced consultants and industry experts to address and resolve our clients complex infrastructure challenges from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide expert legal advice on issues related to infrastructure projects, public procurement, PPP arrangements, construction contracts, and regulatory compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as concession agreements, construction contracts, joint venture agreements, and compliance policies.
- Represent clients in legal proceedings, including arbitration, litigation, and dispute resolution processes related to infrastructure projects.
- Conduct thorough legal research to provide advice and strategies tailored to client needs in the infrastructure sector.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and government policies affecting infrastructure development.
- Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and industry practices impacting infrastructure and advise clients accordingly.
