As Land Acquisition Sr. Specialist, You will be responsible for the strategic direction and management of complex land solutions, independently driving the resolution of critical land due diligence red flag findings. This role includes overseeing the titling of untitled properties, leading applications for land use conversion (from agricultural to fit-for-purpose), and ensuring the timely, accurate execution of payment terms for all land acquisitions.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Land Acquisition and Management
- Resolution of land due diligence red flag findings
- Titling of untitled lands
- Land use conversion
- Completion of land payment terms and transfer of titles
- Stakeholder management
- Administrative
To Succeed in this Role, we need someone who:
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, and procedures on the application of permits and licenses and the preparation of reports with different government agencies and local government units.
- Knowledge of land titles and tax declarations processing
- Analytical Thinking
- Building Partnerships/Networking
What You Will Need:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management, Business, Law, or other relevant field of study. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are advantageous.
- At least four (4) years relevant experience in land acquisition, real estate development, or a related field, with demonstrated experience in handling complex transactions.
- Prior leadership and project management experience is an advantage, but not required
- License: Not required, but a professional license in Real Estate, Business, or Law is an advantage.
