ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Project Development Officer shall assist the COO or Project Development Head with all items related to the entire life cycle (from conceptualization, launching up to closing) of the project as assigned.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Conduct research, project feasibility studies, and draft business plans for proposed business/project ventures of the company as well as facilitate approval of such
- Lead and facilitate implementation of the project by coordinating with the internal and external partners with the consideration of set budgets and schedules as approved in the project study
- Draft approval of project-related policies and procedures in line with the Vision-Mission-Objectives of the company
- Monitor project operational performance (accounts, budgets, schedules, and other micro aspects) and provide periodic reports to keep management abreast of the project's standing
- Propose and draft strategies and facilitate implementation of such to keep the project ahead of set schedules and at least 100% within the budget (if not on favorable variance)
- Coordinate acts of all functional units to keep in sync with the objectives of the project and the company
- Do all matters, administrative or clerical, as needed and driven by the objective of the company
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Economics or equivalent
- Must have at least 4-5 years working experience in business/project development in the real estate industry
- Must have basic knowledge in the phases or cycles of land acquisition, application of permits and licenses, house construction, and other technical-related matters on managing related estate requirements
- Experience in budgeting and project management of project budget is a requirement
- Ability to report project status to the Executive Team and other departments
- Effective problem-solving and analytical skills

- Computer literate, excellent MS Excel skills
