The role involves managing employee relations cases, ensuring due process in all disciplinary actions, use data-driven insights to strengthen compliance, and providing guidance on the proper interpretation and implementation of company policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Legal Management, or related field.
Relevant Work Experience: At least 2–3 years of experience in employee or labor relations.
Technical Competencies:
Behavioral Competencies: High level of integrity, discretion, and sound judgment in handling sensitive matters.
