We are looking for a Labor Relations Specialist who will play a key role in promoting a fair, compliant, and harmonious workplace. The role involves managing employee relations cases, ensuring due process in all disciplinary actions, use data-driven insights to strengthen compliance, and providing guidance on the proper interpretation and implementation of company policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative and disciplinary cases from investigation to resolution.
- Conduct fact-finding, hearings, and prepare comprehensive case reports and recommendations.
- Provide expert advice to management on labor standards, employee discipline, and due process.
- Draft notices, memoranda, advisories, and other HR-related communications.
- Analyze trends in employee cases and provide reports and insights to support policy development and preventive measures.
- Assist in the review, formulation, and implementation of company policies related to employee conduct and labor compliance.
- Coordinate with legal counsel and government agencies on labor-related matters when necessary.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Legal Management, or related field.
Relevant Work Experience: At least 2–3 years of experience in employee or labor relations.
Technical Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of the Labor Code of the Philippines and due process procedures.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical/reporting skills.
- Proficiency in case data tracking, trend analysis, and report generation.
Behavioral Competencies: High level of integrity, discretion, and sound judgment in handling sensitive matters.
