Now, we are looking for a management role to fill our Kitchen Manager position in Manam.

Role Description

The Kitchen Manager will oversee daily kitchen operations, managing food preparation, maintaining food quality, and ensuring kitchen efficiency. They will supervise kitchen staff, enforce food safety standards, and ensure inventory control and product availability. This is a full-time role based on-site in Makati, requiring hands-on leadership and a commitment to delivering excellent service and food quality.

Qualifications

• Skilled in Food Preparation and Cooking, with a strong focus on precision and efficiency
• Knowledgeable in Food & Beverage operations and ensuring Food Quality standards
• Experience in Culinary Management, including leading teams and handling kitchen operations
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Experience in inventory management and adherence to safety guidelines
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Relevant culinary education or certification is a plus.
• Knows how to do and present financial reports such as Profit & Lost (P&L).
• Knowledgeable in using Microsoft applications- Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and able to multitask.
• Performing regular employee evaluations to determine areas of improvement.
• Making sure that the company has sufficient resources such as - personnel, material, and equipment.
• Ensuring all company activities adhere to legal guidelines and policies.
• Recruiting and training new employees.
• Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.
• Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
