Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Kitchen Manager based in Cebu. In this role, the Kitchen Manager will oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Responsibilities include managing food preparation and cooking, supervising kitchen staff, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Kitchen Manager will also manage inventory, assist in menu planning, and contribute to maintaining the high culinary standards of The Moment Group of Restaurants.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Food & Beverage and Food Quality standards
  • Experience in Culinary Management, including overseeing kitchen operations and staff
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous kitchen management experience is required
  • A degree or certification in Culinary Arts or a related field is a plus
