The primary job responsibility of Key Account Specialist is to assist the Key Account Manager or Operations Manager to achieve sales target.
- Processing and recording of data
- Completing enrollment through analyzing and auditing documents
- Preparing reports from the analysis of data
- Monitor sales data, out of stock, pricing, stock levels, share of market, quality of displays (account merchandising standards) and analyze this information and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement to be able to implement strategies in maximizing sales and product visibility.
- Ensure maintenance of an accurate and updated database of all existing and potential accounts to assist identification of needs. Use this information for planning and implementation of programs.
- Coordinate with the Logistics Department on the targeted schedule of order processing & deliveries
- Coordinate with the Accounting Department on accounts credit worthiness, collections & aging of receivables
- Trains sales coordinator / Beauty Consultants as needed
Qualifications And Requirements
- Candidate must possess a Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Management or any related field.
- Candidates should have analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, leadership skills, willingness to mentor and develop talent, and the ability to thrive under pressure;
- Experienced in related field is an advantage but not required.
- Enthusiasm for the brand and product capabilities.
- Innovative thinker, a strategic planner, and an excellent coach drive sales teams.
- Willingness to travel and work in a team of professionals.
- Must be Proficient in MS Office (particularly in Excel, Power Point, and Word).
- Willing to be assigned in Makati and to be under agency
