Job Summary
SANY Philippines is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager / Sales Representative with strong mining industry exposure to lead and expand our trucks and heavy equipment business. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth within mining and related heavy industries, build long-term client relationships, and represent the SANY brand with professionalism, integrity, and technical expertise in the local market.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell SANY mining trucks, dump trucks, and heavy equipment to clients in the mining industry, as well as construction, logistics, and infrastructure sectors.
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies, with a strong focus on mining accounts, to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Actively prospect, penetrate, and manage mining company accounts, contractors, and quarry operators while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Conduct product presentations, on-site demos, and technical discussions tailored to mining operations and site requirements.
- Coordinate closely with service, parts, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth equipment delivery, commissioning, and after-sales support for mining customers.
- Monitor mining market trends, competitor activities, and customer operational needs to recommend product positioning and sales strategy adjustments.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and customer feedback, with emphasis on mining projects and opportunities.
- Represent SANY Philippines in mining expos, industry events, site visits, and customer meetings.
- Ensure complete documentation, correct pricing, and strict compliance with company sales policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required).
- At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in mining equipment, heavy equipment, trucks, or construction machinery.
- Prior experience dealing with mining companies, quarry operators, or mining contractors is highly preferred.
- Strong technical understanding of heavy equipment, mining trucks, and fleet operations is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
- With a valid driver's license and willingness to travel to mining sites and project locations.
