Job Description

Responsibilities of the Key Account Manager:

Increase Seller Contactability: Regularly engage with a large portfolio of sellers via calls and digital communication to maintain high contactability rates and strong relationships.

Promote Program Adoption: Actively promote and drive seller participation in essential platform programs such as free shipping, sponsored solutions, campaigns, and consumer engagement activities like flash sales, etc.

Enhance Account Health: Collaborate with sellers to improve account metrics such as fulfillment rates, product quality, competitive pricing, and the like.

Educational Support and Training: Provide sellers with ongoing training and updates on platform features, market trends, and effective strategies for success.

Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor seller performance metrics and prepare reports for internal stakeholders and sellers to guide future strategies.

Collaborative Projects: Work closely with other teams to develop marketing campaigns and initiatives

Work Experience:

  • Can be entry level account management, but teachable
  • 0-2 years of experience (sales, marketing, Business development, client servicing and/or account management background
  • Can consider someone looking to pivot industries
  • will manage up to 800- 1000 seller accounts online/via phone
  • Can be client facing (comm skills for this needed), Can handle basic MS office functions (esp excel)
