At Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc. (IMI), we bridge the gap between complex electronics design and global-scale manufacturing.

We are seeking a Key Account Manager—a strategic individual contributor with the technical expertise to navigate the local industrial landscape. In this capacity, you maintain full ownership of the customer relationship throughout the entire business engagement, serving as the bridge between our operations and our global partners.

You are responsible for aligning IMI's global capabilities with the specific requirements of our industrial industry clients. Your mission is to plan, develop, and manage accounts to meet corporate revenue targets. You will facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure that customer product roadmaps and market requirements are translated into actionable growth strategies.

Reports to: Industrial Sales Director:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that align with IMI's corporate roadmaps and long-term growth objectives.
  • Drive sustainable growth by securing new business wins and expanding partnerships within the Industrial sector.
  • Identify and qualify high-potential, financially sound program opportunities that fit IMI's specialized manufacturing capabilities.
  • Cultivate influential relationships across all functional working levels to ensure long-term customer loyalty.
  • Lead the sales process, from initial discovery and solicitation of quotations to the final generation of a sustainable opportunity pipeline.
  • Orchestrate the RFQ process, assessing strategic fit and collaborating with Operations to determine the best factory solution based on capacity and requirements.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to ensure the successful closure of executed contracts.
  • Provide critical market insights and competitive intelligence from assigned accounts to support strategic technology roadmaps.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any four-year course, preferably related to Engineering or Sales and Marketing. Postgraduate studies or professional certifications are an advantage but not required.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in sales, customer-facing, account management or similar roles.
  • Strong background in project management to ensure the timely execution of all client deliverables.
  • Good understanding of sales process and account management.
  • Good understanding of EMS and PCBA business.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with customers and internal teams.
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and strong in decision-making for complex scenarios.
  • Collaborative team player with good interpersonal skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams and gradually taking on leadership or coordination capabilities.
