Job Description
The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing strategic accounts such as major dealers, retail chains, fleet accounts, corporate partners, and LGUs. This role ensures strong client relationships, drives sales volume, and secures long-term partnerships for the companys e-bike products, batteries, and accessories.
Key Responsibilities
Account Development & Management
Manage and grow sales from major accounts, including large dealer groups, multi-branch retailers, online partners, and institutional clients.
Develop business plans with key partners to achieve sales targets, brand visibility, and market expansion.
Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to discuss performance, forecasts, and opportunities.
Sales & Negotiation
Lead negotiations for pricing, product bundles, fleet proposals, and long-term contracts.
Secure big-volume orders for e-bikes, batteries, and accessories.
Identify upselling opportunities for premium models, battery upgrades, and service packages.
Client Relationship Building
Build long-term relationships with decision-makers, procurement teams, and store managers.
Address and escalate client concerns regarding stocks, delivery, warranty, and after-sales support.
Provide product training, technical briefings, and sales strategy support to key partner teams.
Market & Business Strategy
Analyze key account performance, competitor activities, and market trends.
Recommend strategies to improve profitability, customer satisfaction, and dealer loyalty.
Coordinate with marketing for promotions, activations, and brand support in partner stores.
Operational Coordination
Work closely with the production, logistics, and service departments to ensure smooth order processing, delivery schedules, and warranty handling.
Monitor compliance with company policies on pricing, branding, and credit terms.
Submit accurate sales forecasts, reports, and client updates.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or any related course.
2-3 years experience in key account management, B2B sales, or corporate salespreferably in motorcycles, e-bikes, automotive, appliances, or consumer electronics.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical product specifications (e-bike mechanics and parts).
Highly organized, strategic, and able to manage multiple large accounts.
Willing to travel and conduct field/client visits.
With valid drivers license (motorcycle or 4-wheel is an advantage).
