The Brand Management Team is a trusted growth partner for leading brands across Southeast Asia. We drive sustainable online business growth through strategic planning, performance analysis, and opportunity identification aligned with client commercial goals.

The team develops and executes data-backed strategies to maximize conversion and revenue. With a strong understanding of category dynamics, platform trends, and cross-functional collaboration, Brand Management plays a critical role in shaping long-term digital commerce success for our clients.

The part you will play

As a Key Account Manager, you will act as the primary liaison between Intrepid, its clients, and the ecommerce platforms where clients operate. You will manage client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and improve processes to drive online sales performance while ensuring delivery of service level agreements.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will drive performance across key KPIs for assigned brands/sellers through coordination with internal and external stakeholders:
  • Content management and optimization
  • Campaign strategy development and execution
  • Brand-aligned chat response management
  • Operations efficiency and process implementation
  • Revenue growth and overall online sales performance
  • You will also:
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships in partnership with sales, marketing, and support teams
  • Develop sales growth proposals and strategic recommendations
  • Manage client communications and reporting requirements
  • Align client needs with internal execution teams to ensure delivery excellence
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and positive NPS outcomes

Minimum Qualifications

  • Fluent in English
  • Experience with business fundamentals
  • eCommerce background from a brand/platforms/enablers is a plus
  • Proactive self-starter who understands Intrepid vision & mission and can be the company's best service ambassador
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills (empathy & flexibility)
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
