Position Overview

StaffHero is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support day-to-day project coordination and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and proficient in Microsoft Office. You will assist with managing simple projects, cleaning and formatting documents, organizing project files, mapping processes, and ensuring project deliverables are completed accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate is a fast learner with excellent computer skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track assigned projects from start to completion.
  • Clean, edit, format, and organize Microsoft Word documents and project files.
  • Create and update presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and project trackers using Microsoft Excel.
  • Perform simple process mapping and workflow documentation.
  • Organize project documentation and ensure version control.
  • Monitor project timelines and follow up on outstanding tasks.
  • Assist with data entry, quality checks, and administrative project support.
  • Prepare meeting notes, status updates, and project documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule.

Qualifications

Required

  • Previous experience in project coordination, project administration, administrative support, or a similar role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred

  • Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles.
  • Experience creating process maps, workflows, or standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.

  • Project documentation is accurate, organized, and consistently up to date.
  • Word documents, presentations, and spreadsheets are professionally formatted and error-free.
  • Assigned projects and administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Process maps and project trackers are maintained with minimal supervision.
  • Team members receive reliable and timely project support.

Work Arrangement
