Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager (Aha! Administrator) to be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, governance, and optimization of the Aha! product suite (e.g., Roadmaps, Ideas, Development, etc.).

This role serves as the subject matter expert and steward of the platform, supporting end users while continuously improving processes, governance, and adoption across the organization.

What You'll Do

Platform Setup & Configuration

  • Configure Aha! accounts, workspaces, products, initiatives, and release structures aligned with organizational strategy.
  • Define and maintain field configurations, custom views, workflows, status definitions, scoring models, templates, and automation rules.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls.
  • Support integrations between Aha! and Azure DevOps.
  • Configure authentication, security, and single sign-on (SSO) settings as required.

Governance & Standards

  • Establish and maintain governance standards, best practices, and naming conventions.
  • Audit and maintain data quality, including duplicate records, stale items, and overall platform hygiene.

User Support, Training & Adoption

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for user questions, tickets, and escalations.
  • Deliver onboarding, refresher, and advanced training sessions.
  • Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, onboarding materials, and training documentation.
  • Drive platform adoption and promote best practices.

Enhancements & Continuous Improvement

  • Gather user feedback and recommend platform enhancements.
  • Test and support rollout of new features and releases.
  • Monitor platform usage and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to align platform capabilities with business needs.

Reporting, Analytics & Insights

  • Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making.
  • Track roadmap progress, feature delivery, initiatives, goals, and other key metrics.

Change Management & Rollout

  • Communicate upcoming changes and their impact to stakeholders.
  • Support rollouts, migrations, and data transformation activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2+ years of experience administering or configuring Jira / Azure DevOps or similar product/roadmap management tools.
  • Hands-on experience in:

- Platform configuration and maintenance

- Workflow creation and management

- Rollout or implementation activities

  • Familiarity with product management, roadmapping, and Agile/Lean practices.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business stakeholders).

Nice to Have

  • Change management experience.
  • Experience with AI and automation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Ideal Profile

  • A balanced mix of project management (70%) and technical platform administration (30%) experience.
