This is a full-time, on-site position for a Junior Lawyer located at our office in Makati. The Junior Lawyer will provide legal services encompassing research, drafting, and reviewing legal documents, as well as assisting in litigation tasks. Daily responsibilities include attending court hearings, assisting senior lawyers in case preparation, providing advice to clients, and participating in client meetings and negotiations. The role requires collaboration with diverse teams and maintaining a high standard of legal representation and confidentiality.

• Strong skills in Legal Research, Legal Drafting, and Legal Analysis
• Experience in Litigation Support, Court Appearances, and Document Review
• Proficient in Communication, Negotiation, and Advocacy
• Knowledge in Corporate, Civil, or Criminal law is an asset
• Must hold a Law degree and be a licensed attorney in good standing
• Ability to work effectively under pressure with attention to detail
• Previous experience in a law firm or similar environment is a plus
