Mage Partners is looking for a Junior Associate to join our growing practice. This role is well-suited for a recent bar passer who wants hands on exposure, close mentorship, and the opportunity to build a strong foundation in corporate legal practice.
What you'll do- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, contracts, memoranda, and opinions
- Assist in litigation preparation, filings, and court appearances
- Support associates and partners on client matters across assigned practice areas
- Coordinate with clients, courts, and relevant government agencies
- Handle general legal and administrative tasks as needed to support ongoing matters
What we're looking for- Member of the Philippine Bar (recent bar passers are welcome)
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines
- Willing to learn, receptive to feedback, and comfortable working in a team environment
- Professional, reliable, and client-focused
