Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Junior Associate at de Guzman Mayuga in Makati. You will perform core legal work under senior attorney supervision, with a pathway to transition into an Associate Lawyer role upon Bar admission.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, legal advice, and written opinions.
- Assist with litigation support, court hearing preparation, and client advisory.
- Support corporate transactions, contract negotiations, and legal compliance.
- Bar Candidates are welcome to apply.
- Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and team-player mindset.
- Experience in a law firm or legal department is a plus.
- Knowledge across corporate, commercial, intellectual property, technology, tax, customs, real estate, labor, immigration, and litigation practice.
