Junior Associate

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Junior Associate at de Guzman Mayuga in Makati. You will perform core legal work under senior attorney supervision, with a pathway to transition into an Associate Lawyer role upon Bar admission.

• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, legal advice, and written opinions.
• Assist with litigation support, court hearing preparation, and client advisory.
• Support corporate transactions, contract negotiations, and legal compliance.

• Bar Candidates are welcome to apply.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and team-player mindset.
• Experience in a law firm or legal department is a plus.
• Knowledge across corporate, commercial, intellectual property, technology, tax, customs, real estate, labor, immigration, and litigation practice.
