6 months contract

Set expectation for 100% onsite | BGC Taguig | Willing to work on shifting schedule as needed

Salary Offer: 52k + 3k NTA (55k package)

Job Description:

Provide technical support for Java-based applications in production and development environments. Monitor application performance and respond to incidents, outages, and service requests.
Analyze and resolve bugs, errors, and performance issues.
Collaborate with development teams to implement code fixes and enhancements.
Maintain and update documentation related to support procedures and application configurations. Participate in root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
Ensure compliance with security and operational standards.
Support deployment activities, including code releases and configuration changes. Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
