We are seeking aJava Software Engineerto provide technical support for Java-based applications across both production and development environments. The role involves monitoring system performance, resolving incidents, and collaborating with development teams to ensure application stability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Strong proficiency inJava
Experience withJava-based frameworks(e.g., Spring / Spring Boot)
Knowledge ofSQLand relational databases
Experience inapplication support, troubleshooting, and debugging
Familiarity withincident managementand monitoring tools
Understanding ofsoftware development lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience withversion control systems(Git)
Ability to analyze logs and identify root causes of issues
Experience withcloud platforms(AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Exposure toCI/CD pipelines
Knowledge ofLinux/Unixenvironments
Experience inproduction supportorDevOps collaboration

Responsibilities

Provide technical support forJava-based applicationsin production and development environments
Monitor application performance and respond toincidents, outages, and service requests
Analyze and resolvebugs, errors, and performance issues
Collaborate with development teams to implementcode fixes and enhancements
Maintain and updatedocumentationrelated to support procedures and application configurations
Participate inroot cause analysisand implement preventive measures
Ensure compliance withsecurity and operational standards
Support deployment activities, includingcode releases and configuration changes
Work with stakeholders to understandbusiness requirementsand translate them into technical solutions
