Job Description

Facilitates document and track customer issues using a ticketing system to ensure quick resolution.
Perform the Installation and configuration computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
Perform the monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by employees
Provide technical assistance with computer hardware, printers and software
Resolve issues of users via phone, in person, or electronically.
Partake on IT special projects and other activities.
Graduate of Information Technology or any equivalent bachelor's degree
With at least 5 years of experience as IT Technical Support
Must have strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Flexible and capable of doing field work for IT special projects
Willing to report onsite and be assigned to work in Makati City
