Job Description

  • Facilitates document and track customer issues using a ticketing system to ensure quick resolution.
  • Perform the Installation and configuration computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
  • Perform the monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by employees
  • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware, printers and software
  • Resolve issues of users via phone, in person, or electronically.
  • Partake on IT special projects and other activities.
  • Graduate of Information Technology or any equivalent bachelor's degree
  • With at least 5 years of experience as IT Technical Support
  • Must have strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Flexible and capable of doing field work for IT special projects
  • Willing to report onsite and be assigned to work in Makati City
