About The Role
Location: Calumpit, Bulacan
Role Type: Full-time
Department: Plastics
Reporting to: Production Manager
Work Schedule: 5 day work week (onsite)
Job responsibilities include:
- Identify mold problems and improve mold design.
- Optimize injection parameters to improve productivity and quality.
- Solve injection problems and develop preventive solutions.
- Monitor the productivity and efficiency of the machines and operators.
- Train and support Production Engineers.
To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:
- Graduate in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 5 years experience in Injection Molding Production Process.
- Well verse in technical know-how in Plastic Injection Molding and its Process.
- Experience in PVC injection molding is an advantage.
- Experience in mold maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus.
