Job Description

  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network equipment.
  • Hardware Support: Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and network devices.
  • Software Support: Provide assistance with software installations, updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Network Support: Assist with network connectivity issues, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Help Desk Support: Respond to user inquiries and requests via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • User Training: Provide basic training and support to end-users on IT systems and applications.
  • Security: Adhere to security policies and procedures to protect sensitive data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 1+ year/s of experience in IT technical support or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software (Operating Systems suc as Windows and Mac OS).
  • Experience with troubleshooting network issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Preferably but not required: Certification in IT support or related field (e.g., CompTIA A+).
