Provide timely technical support to internal users.
Ensure high restore success rates for system and network issues.
Monitor and improve internal customer satisfaction related to IT services.
Respond to IT support requests within the established response time.
Minimize mean time to repair (MTTR) for technical issues.
Optimize IT support expenses per user while maintaining quality service.
Identify cost-saving measures without compromising IT efficiency.
Monitor and maintain network availability to minimize downtime.
Implement security measures to prevent and mitigate breaches.
Ensure network stability through regular system maintenance and upgrades.
Continuously improve technical skills in information and communication technology.
Stay updated with the latest IT trends and best practices.
Assist in training staff on IT-related matters as needed.
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT support, network administration, or a similar role. (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of IT security best practices and network management.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
