Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy IT Staff member to provide basic IT support, troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues, and assist in implementing AI automation solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong willingness to learn, good problem-solving skills, and a basic understanding of IT systems and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic hardware troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve basic software, network, and peripheral device issues.
• Install, configure, and update computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Provide technical assistance to employees and ensure proper functioning of IT equipment.
• Assist in setting up, maintaining, and monitoring computer systems and office networks.
• Support the development and implementation of basic AI automation workflows using tools such as ChatGPT, n8n, or Zapier.
• Assist in identifying repetitive tasks that can be improved through automation.
• Maintain IT inventory, equipment records, and technical documentation.
• Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related course.
• Fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware troubleshooting, computer assembly, and software installation.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems, printers, and basic networking.
• Basic understanding of AI tools, automation platforms, or workflow automation is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn AI automation tools and new technologies.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or with a team.

• Computer hardware diagnosis and troubleshooting
• Windows installation and configuration
• Basic LAN, Wi-Fi, and network troubleshooting
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT
• Basic knowledge of automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or Make
• Basic scripting or programming knowledge is an advantage but not required
