Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related fields
8+ years of Project Management proven by track record of IT software programs and projects.
Proven track record of agile delivery methods.
Knowledge and application of program and project management, including tools and techniques.
Proven experience in strategic planning, risk management, vendor management, budget management, people management.
Working experience with technical teams, ability to supporting progress of technical teams
Knowledge of application programming, database, system design.
Understanding of software delivery lifecycle (SDLC).
Awareness of adoption and change management as an essential aspect of most IT projects; and
Preferably with knowledge of business benefit tracking for IT projects.
Proven application of agile delivery frameworks, such as Scrum, Kanban.

PSM (Professional Scum Master), SAFe certificates are preferred
Work Arrangement
Hybrid, requiring contractors to report onsite two times a week. If the user unit requires contractors to report to HQ for more than 2 days, compliance is mandatory.
8 hours work between 8:00AM 6:00PM Manila Time.
Responsibilities
To successfully implement IT Department (ITD) projects by ensuring delivery within
the agreed scope, budget, and timeline including the monitoring of its overall
progress and status.
To work closely with the Program Manager (PgM) or Product Manager (PdM) in overseeing adoption and change, procurement, and vendor management.
