It Project Manager

Job Description :

Minimum 7 years of experience in project management roles, preferably managing Oracle implementation projects (Oracle ERP Cloud / EBS / Fusion / HCM / SCM or similar).

•PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory.

•Proven experience managing full project lifecycles for large-scale, complex, and cross-functional projects.

•Strong understanding of Oracle implementation methodology, modules, and integration touchpoints (functional exposure preferred; deep technical expertise not required).

Strong skills in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or equivalent) and MS Office Suite.

•Solid understanding of project financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking.

•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

•Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

•Prior experience specifically leading Oracle Cloud ERP / EBS implementation or upgrade projects.

•Additional certifications such as PgMP, PRINCE2, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or Agile/Scrum certifications.

•Experience working with offshore/onshore delivery models and global, distributed teams.

•Familiarity with ITIL, SDLC, and change management frameworks.

•Industry experience relevant to [Industry Name, e.g., Manufacturing, Healthcare, Financial Services] is a plus.
