Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Manager, located in Makati. The IT Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, manage IT infrastructure, implement and monitor security protocols, and ensure seamless performance of all IT systems. Additional responsibilities include managing IT projects, leading technical teams, developing strategies for IT improvements, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Close collaboration with various departments and stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency is expected.
Qualifications
- Technical expertise in IT infrastructure management, system maintenance, and network administration
- Proficiency in data security, data assurance, and data resiliency best practices
- Project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional IT projects and teams
- Experience with custom solutions architecture and emergency management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities to guide teams and coordinate with external vendors or partners
- In-depth knowledge of IT compliance standards and regulatory requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP) are a plus
- Experience in a managerial or leadership role in IT, preferably in industries such as finance, government, or utilities
