Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage IT projects from planning through execution and delivery
- Oversee day-to-day IT operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with business goals
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communications and discussions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and organize workloads, timelines, and priorities
- Apply project management methodologies to track progress, risks, and deliverables
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Facilitate meetings, prepare reports, and provide regular project status updates
- Support process improvements and operational best practices within the IT team
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT project/operations management in the BPO industry
- Good working experience with U.S.-based clients or stakeholders
- Strong understanding of project management and operational management principles
- Familiarity with basic IT terminology and concepts
- Excellent organizational and people management skills
- Proven ability to organize, motivate, and manage teams
- Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati and Shaw, Mandaluyong
- Amenable working night shift
