Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery to ensure completion on time, within budget, and aligned with defined scope and quality standards.
  • Define project scope and timelines, manage execution, and align resources effectively across multiple initiatives.
  • Coach and supervise project teams, fostering accountability and high performance, while removing blockers and facilitating agile ceremonies.
  • Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring proactive resolution and adherence to governance standards.
  • Review technical designs with Solution Architects to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and solution integrity.
  • Report progress to stakeholders, manage scope changes, and drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and post-mortems.
