What You'll Do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams by assigning responsibilities aligned to individual skills, while fostering effective collaboration and communication.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues that may impact timelines or deliverables.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation while monitoring expenses and reporting budget status to stakeholders.
- Establish and enforce quality standards for project deliverables, conducting regular reviews to ensure compliance with defined requirements.
- Maintain clear, transparent communication with stakeholders by providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and key risks or challenges.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure seamless project execution while managing relationships and evaluating vendor performance.
- Facilitate change management processes to address any changes in project scope or requirements, and ensure all stakeholders are informed and prepared for changes.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and status reports.
Key Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid technical background with the ability to understand and discuss IT concepts.
- PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
Work setup:
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): US East Cost Business hours (8:30 PM - 5:30 AM in PHT). The work setup will be hybrid with 3 days/week in the office.
