Job Description

Is this your next challenge as IT Program Management – Tech Resilience & Operations Transformation

The challenge is to:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional technology initiatives focused on improving TechOps resilience, service quality, and operational maturity across the Group
  • Drive implementation of the Tech Resilience roadmap, ensuring alignment across infrastructure, applications, service management, and business stakeholders
  • Establish and manage program governance, including reporting cadence, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making frameworks across regional and market teams
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams spanning service management (Incident, Problem, Change), monitoring and observability, CMDB/service mapping, and business continuity
  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers across teams, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where required
  • Work closely with engineering, infrastructure, security, and application teams to drive consistent adoption of operational standards and resilience practices
  • Track and report program progress using defined KPIs, maturity scorecards, and service performance metrics, ensuring transparency to senior leadership
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps in processes, tools, and operating models, and implementing scalable solutions across markets
  • Support definition and rollout of target operating models, including roles, responsibilities, and governance structures for TechOps and resilience domains
  • Act as a key liaison between central and local teams, ensuring alignment and execution consistency across different markets and business units

Do you have experience in

Required Skills

  • Practical experience managing large-scale IT programs or transformation initiatives, preferably in IT Operations, Service Management, or Infrastructure domains
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level Management) and how they operate in enterprise environments
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, applications, security, and vendor partners
  • Familiarity with service management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) and operational tooling such as monitoring, CMDB, or automation solutions
  • Strong knowledge of program management practices, including planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communication
  • Ability to translate complex technical and operational concepts into clear plans, reports, and executive-level updates
  • Experience working in multi-market or regional environments with distributed teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to use data and metrics to drive decision-making
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence across different levels of the organization
  • Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment
