Job Description

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in IT Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), IT Audit, or IT Process Assurance.
Proven experience in conducting process reviews, control assessments, and IT health checks.
Strong background in risk management practices, including risk identification, control mapping, and the monitoring of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as advanced functions like Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP), Power BI for data visualization.
Skilled in using PowerPoint to communicate findings and reports.

Location: Global Center 9th Avenue, corner 30th Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City

Responsibilities

Conduct structured reviews and IT Health Checks to assess control design and performance.
Validate that IT controls are implemented correctly and functioning as intended.
Monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and escalate emerging risk trends to leadership.
Identify control gaps and collaborate with process owners to track remediation plans.
Map control coverage against identified IT risks to ensure comprehensive protection.
Analyze recurring issues to address systemic weaknesses and promote preventive controls.
Align IT processes with internal standards and translate policies into actionable controls.
Partner with the Policy & Awareness team to update standards based on audit findings.
Contribute data to governance dashboards and IT maturity assessments.
Partner with IT domain heads and process owners to drive process optimization.
Prepare consolidated health check reports for IT Leadership, highlighting risk themes and effectiveness trends.
