Senior Data Scientist

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Data Scientist to lead data-driven initiatives and deliver impactful insights across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy advanced analytics and machine learning solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of machine learning models and statistical solutions
• Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business problems and translate them into data science solutions
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists and analysts
• Design experiments (A/B testing) and evaluate model performance
• Communicate findings through clear visualizations, reports, and presentations
• Work with engineering teams to deploy scalable data pipelines and models
• Stay updated with the latest trends in data science and machine learning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in data science or a related role
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or R
• Expertise in machine learning frameworks 
• Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and data modeling
• Experience with SQL and working with large datasets
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
