About this Position The IT Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Analyst plays a key role in strengthening our organization's security posture by ensuring that our businessmanaged IT operates safely, responsibly, and in alignment with company standards. This position exists to bring clarity and structure to complex IT security decisionshelping the organization balance innovation with sound risk management. In this role, you will be part of a collaborative and purposedriven GRC team that supports the entire organization. What Youll Do

  • Drive IT securityrelated governance processes for businessmanaged IT and ensure riskbased decisionmaking
  • Manage, assess, and prioritize incoming requests within the GRC pipeline for timely completion
  • Review and evaluate securityrelevant documentation (e.g., SOC 2 Type 2 reports, IT architecture diagrams) and provide expert recommendations
  • Provide expert consultation on the process to key stakeholders
  • Provide guidance on IT security standards and best practices across the organization
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on governance process performance to support transparency and accountability
  • Support the Head of GRC in driving strategic initiatives and continuous improvement effort

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience in IT governance, operations, or related disciplines
  • Extensive experience reviewing security reports (e.g., SOC 2 Type 2) and IT architecture documentation
  • Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills; Strong consulting mindset with the ability to provide clear, practical recommendations
  • Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills; Ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests in a structured pipeline
  • Datadriven approach to performance tracking and reporting; High attention to detail and risk awareness
  • Amenable to work on a day-shift schedule (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
