IT Business Analyst

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 12 years of relevant work experience in a Shared Services industry, preferably with a focus on payroll applications, systems, and HR processes.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with Oracle processes around Oracle HCM modules/applications is a plus.
• Experience working with agile teams and operating with SAFe agile implementation practices is a plus.
• Willingness to work on night shift schedule.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, providing updates on unit testing, documentation, interface work, and Oracle HCM/EBS configurations.
• Perform unit testing to validate functionality, ensure quality, and support defect resolution.
• Assist with implementing customer functionality by supporting requirementsgathering activities and contributing to technical design specifications
• Support Oracle HCM to EBS interface enhancements, with a focus on integration improvements and data accuracy.
• Partner with organizational points of contact to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
